Karen and Paul Manderson would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors to Bracklinn House Bed and Breakfast.  Here you can expect to be spoiled by the excellent level of accommodation and shared guest areas on offer.  As expected of a recently refurbished property, all rooms include en-suite and have been renovated to an exceptionally high standard for opening in 2009.  Why not give us a visit and experience for yourself just what Bracklinn House B & B has to offer.  We are sure you will not be disappointed.

We are ideally located for holiday or business with the M8 / M9 motorway links just a short 5 minute drive away.  We are ideally situated for access to all of central Scotland with the main Glasgow to Edinburgh Bus Route directly on our door step with the bus stop a short 1 minute walk from the house.   The Railway Station is a 5 minute walk from the house with a regular service to and from Edinburgh with plans to have a direct line to Airdrie operational by 2010 and a line directly into Glasgow opening soon after.
